Our Volunteer Coordinator will be provided with the tools needed (contact list, Coach Hejl's support, booster board support) to help plan and organize volunteer needs and responsibilities.   They define and continually curate volunteer positions - removing unneeded positions, creating new ones, or re-defining responsibilities where appropriate.  The 'volunteering' portion of this website is directly created from the Volunteer Coordinator roles and responsibilities.

• Works with board and others to define roles and staffing needs.

  • Potentially creates and manages repository of resources for each position.
• Manages a schedule and communicates with community to fill needs.
• Works with booster board and Coach Hejl when we’re having trouble filling volunteer positions.
• Potentially puts together recognition for highly active volunteers!
